OAO "Metallurgical plant n/ a A.K. Serov" is a socially oriented enterprise that takes care of material well-being of its employees and improves leisure and recreation industry as well.
Each worker of the plant has a complete social package. There are 526 workers of the plant having a number of social and labor guarantees that are provided by the legislation of RF and the collective agreement (disabled people, war veterans, unwed mothers, donors, veterans of labor and others).
One of the priority directions of social policy of the enterprise is social development. The workers of the plant and their families have a metallurgists' cultural center, comfortable preventorium "Chistye kluchi", children's recreational camp "Veselyi bor", swimming pool, sport center and skiing lodge at their disposal.
