M.A Shevarkov was born on July 25, 1972.

In 1994 M. A. Shevarkov graduated from Ural State Technical University - UPI with an excellent diploma of engineer-economist.

Mr. Shevarkov worked as a leading engineer of economic department at Revda Non-Ferrous Plant; leading economist, Deputy Director General, Director on economy and finance of Klyuchevskiy Ferroalloys Plant.

From 2000 M.A Shevarkov was Director on economy, finance and commerce of Metallurgical plant n/a A. K. Serov. From 2003, due to delegation of powers of the managing company UMMC-Holding, he has been Deputy Director on commercial matters.
