Alexandr Mikhailovich POLYANSKIY 
A. M. Polyanskiy was born on September 17, 1964.
In 1985 Alexandr Polyanskiy graduated from Sverdlovsk Institute of National Economy (economics and planning of material supply).
Alexandr Polyanskiy started his working career at Nizhniy Tagil Metallurgical Combine, where he served as an engineer, Chief Engineer, chief of price formation and prospective planning team of economic laboratory, head of price formation office, deputy chief of planning and economic department, head of systems-and-procedures department, head of economic administration, head of finance and economic administration, head of corporate planning and analysis administration, Deputy General Director on economy, Deputy General Director on economy and personnel.
From 1999 to 2001 Mr. Polyanskiy held a post of Director on finance, economy and personnel at Bogoslovskoye mine administration, Director on economy and finance at Kachkanar Mining and Concentration Complex "Vanadium"; General Director of Kirov non-ferrous plant.
From 2001 A. M. Polyanskiy was General Director, and from 2003, due to delegation of powers of the managing company UMMC-Holding he became Director of Metallurgical plant n/a A. K. Serov.
Mr. Polyanskiy is a Honorary Metallurgist and Serov Honorary Citizen.
